General Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to booking one of our packages: a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid one month before the departure date. Both payments can be made by credit/prepaid card (by completing and sending a scanned or faxed form) or by bank transfer. All VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards are accepted.
Quotes will be quoted in euros. Credit card payments may be subject to a fee, according to local banking regulations.
If booking flights through a tour operator, full payment will be required at the time of booking, exclusively by credit/prepaid card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Booking and Deposit
1.1 The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.
1.2 The deposit is non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.
1.3 Full payment must be made no later than the deadline indicated in the booking confirmation.
2. Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
Cancellation fees apply as follows (unless otherwise stated in the package confirmation):
• Non-refundable deposit
• 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost
• 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total package cost
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the total package cost
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 to 30 business days of confirmation from the suppliers.
3. Non-refundable Components
Some components may be completely non-refundable at the time of booking, including, but not limited to:
• Promotional or discounted hotel rates
• Low-cost or special-rate airline tickets
• Event tickets
• Travel insurance
• Special permits or private arrangements
These will be clearly indicated on the confirmation invoice.
4. Third-Party Supplier Policies
4.1 The agency acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transportation companies, tour operators).
4.2 Cancellation penalties may be subject to the supplier’s terms and conditions.
4.3 In cases where the supplier’s policies are more stringent than those of the agency, the supplier’s penalties will apply.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5.2 The agency is not responsible for refund requests related to illness, visa refusal, personal emergencies, or force majeure events.
5.3 Clients must submit their refund request in such cases directly through their insurance company.
6. Force Majeure
The agency will not be held responsible for cancellations due to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• War or political instability
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Flight cancellations
• Border closures
Refunds in such cases will strictly depend on the provider’s policies.
7. Refund Method
All refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Bank fees, transfer fees, and exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the client.
7.1 Changes Instead of Cancellation
Where possible, the agency may offer date changes instead of cancellation.
Any changes are subject to availability and price differences at the time of the change.
8. Agency’s Right to Cancel
The agency reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to:
• Failure to pay within the established deadlines
• Failure to reach the minimum number of participants
• Unforeseen operational circumstances
In such cases, a full refund of payments made to the agency will be issued.
REFUND FOR SERVICES USED
Once the booked service has actually begun and been used, no refunds can be requested for tours, accommodations, or any other services.
DOCUMENTATION
A detailed confirmation, reference numbers, and vouchers for the booked services will be sent at the time of booking.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
All ground transportation services included in the reservations will be provided by car, van, minivan, midibus, or private bus depending on the number of participants.
HOTELS
The hotels available for booking are listed in the relevant sections of the various itineraries for illustrative purposes only; Before any booking, we check the availability of services in general and hotels and communicate the facilities available for the indicated dates.
